Apartment in Giniginamar

The (newly refurbished) apartment is in the lovely fishing village of Giniginamar ten minutes south of Gran Tarajal. The village is set in a quiet cove and has one small restaurant and a small (local) bar/restaurant right on the beach. The balcony of the apartment gives uninterrupted views of the beach/cove which is 5 mins walk from apartment. The small complex has a swimming pool.

The apartment can sleep four and includes;

Two (double) bed sofas

Flat screen TV with (UK) satellite

All good quality furniture, pictures/paintings and ornaments

In addition, for another 9000 Euros, I can include a 50% of my fishing boat. The boat is moored in Gran Tarajal, ten mins away. It's a Quicksilver 530 Flamingo with a 100 HP Mercury Engine. The boat is less than two years old and includes all fishing, safety equipment in addition to ship to shore radio, fishfinder and is fully serviced only having 113 hrs on the clock.
